The fabric is fairy tale velvet which has a rainbow
oil slick effect with an all over glitter
treatment. This dress is perfect for any classical
music but is perfect for waltzes. Fairy tale
velvet is available in blue only. Pink has
been discontinued and is out of stock. The dress is
