This is an adorable dress in a very sweet lycra print.  Print is neon hearts in hot pink, orange and yellow on a white spandex background for the bodice.  Premium white lycra panties and criss cross back straps.  Double circle skirt, and sleeve ruffles white glisinette. Neckline and skirt V outlined in 20ss swarovski crystals.  The top skirt and top sleeve ruffle have been airbrushed in hot pink and then accented with 10ss and 16ss rose swarovski crystals.  This is a pull on competition dress.  Perfect for a first competition.
