Light blue twilite velvet with silver all over glitter treatment.  3/4 length sleeves with flounces. Single traditional matching velvet skirt, round neck, zippered back.  Hand painted mickey mouse on the front bodice. Neckband, skirt V and the sleeve flounces outlined in alternating 20ss crystal and 16ss aqua swarovski crystals.  The hand painted design in completely outlined in 16ss swarovski crystals in various colors to enhance and match the design.
