This is a sleeveless pull on dress with nude insets in the front and a keyhole opening in the back.  The skirt is a sheer glisinette flat skirt under a hand cut from the same velvet as the dress,  narrow fringe skirt.  Each fringe strip is accented with 6 20ss stones. The waistline and the transition line is trimmed in a single row, of close together 20ss stones.  Nude insets are accented with 16ss silk stones.  Bodice front and back is embellished with double 20ss stones in a teardrop pattern. Keyhole opening and the collar accented with 20ss stones.  Featured in white, available in any color velvet you want.  Looks fabulous in black twilite velvet.  Perfect for Chicago and all swing or ragtime music.
