Short, puff sleeves, turtle neck, zippered back, triple skirt competition dress. Two layers of glisinette and one layer of lace. Sides gathered with satin embossed ribbon tied in bows. Neckline, bodice, skirt V and skirt front bodice trimmed in lace. Lace on neckline and bodice accented with rhinestones.   Available in all shades and types of velvet.
