Royal blue, twilite velvet with royal blue, all over glitter treatment bodice, panties and skirt.  Front inset, premium lycra, red/white stripe.  Lapels, white, premium lycra. Bow, is wide, red, grossgrain ribbon.  Halter style, pull on dress. Skirt V, lapels, armholes and collar outlined in 20ss swarovski clear crystals.  The bow and the stripes on the front inset are outlined in 16ss swaorvski siam crystals. Bodice front and back is generously accented with alternating 16ss royal and siam swarovski crystals.  The hemline of the dress is accented with two rows of tape to add to the military look.  The tape is accented with alternating 16ss siam and royal crystals and in between the tape 20ss swarovski crystals.  Available in size K - Adult small.  If you require a larger size please emal us for additional charges.
